Site supervisor (Civil)
We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced site supervisor to oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team.
Responsibility:
Oversee site readiness for construction, ensuring that the foundation and layout are properly set up.
Monitor the quality of work and materials used to ensure they meet the required specifications.
Assign tasks to workers, supervise their activities, and ensure productivity.
Regularly report on the progress of the project, including any delays or issues, and propose solutions.
Ensure that all construction activities adhere to the project schedule and deadlines.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment.
Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure they are following the project plan and working efficiently.
Oversee any required testing of materials (e.g., concrete, soil) to ensure they meet the required standards.
Expectations and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, Diploma or related field is preferred.
2 to 3 years Experience required as a site supervisor.
Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Flexible to relocate to work at any sites.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
