Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations to ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, material usage, and labor productivity.
Ensure all works comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and design requirements.
Conduct inspections and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, measurements, and material deliveries.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols on-site.
Resolve technical and construction issues in a timely manner.
Support the preparation of BOQs, estimates, and as-built documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in
Civil
or related field.
5-8 years of experience in site supervision or construction project management.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, standards, and specifications.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
