# Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning: Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.

2. Site Management: Supervise and coordinate site activities, including construction, installation, and testing.

3. Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards, and identify and resolve any defects or issues.

4. Safety Management: Implement and enforce site safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

5. Communication: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

6. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions to ensure project progress and quality.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues.

# Skills and Qualifications

1. Engineering Degree: Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.

2. Professional Certification: Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification.

3. Construction Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction or related industry.

4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other construction software.

5. Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

# Work Environment

1. Construction Sites: Work on construction sites, including buildings, infrastructure projects, and industrial facilities.

2. Office Work: Spend time in offices, reviewing plans, attending meetings, and preparing reports.

# Career Path

1. Graduate Engineer: Entry-level position, assisting senior engineers and gaining experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
