Experience: 0-1 Year (Freshers with a minimum of 6 months site experience can apply)

Salary: ₹15,000 - ?20,000 per month

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of construction site activities and be willing to learn and take on responsibilities at various project sites within the city.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule. Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project engineers. Maintain daily work reports and site documentation. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards. Assist in material planning and site measurements.
Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 0-1 year of site experience (minimum 6 months preferred). Strong communication and coordination skills. Willingness to travel to various sites within Chennai.
Salary: ₹15,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
