Job Description

Responsibilities:

Travel to sites as and when required.

Supervise the works at site and complete the work as per schedule.

Co-ordination with project management team, contractors for on-time delivery & quality.

Track project progress as per the schedule.

Maintain detailed documentation of all sites.

Ensure best customer experience is delivered as per industry standard.

Should be able to understand and read CAD drawings.

Taking measurements of works done by vendors as per approved drawings.

Update work progress on daily basis.

Functional and Desired Skills:

Strong vendor management skills, able to work with teams towards meeting targets.

Experience of handling vendors in project related work.

Ability to plan and track across projects.

Ability to work with cross functional teams to get things done.

Strong communication skills.

Degree or Diploma - Interiors/Civil preferred.

2-4 years' experience in industry (site execution).

Experience in reading technical drawings & multiple vendor co-ordinations.

Must have two-wheeler and willing to travel.

Handle escalations appropriately according to escalation matrix.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,813.41 - ₹32,297.65 per month

Work Location: In person
