Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities including excavation, concreting, shuttering, reinforcement, finishing, etc.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering. [1-2] years of experience in site execution (freshers may also be considered for trainee roles). Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, codes, and standards. Proficiency in reading drawings and understanding technical specifications. Good communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and site management software (preferred). Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Monitor material usage and manage inventory to avoid wastage. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to Project Manager. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors for timely execution. Conduct quality checks on workmanship and materials. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations at the site. Assist in preparing bar bending schedules, quantity estimation, and work measurements. Handle site-level documentation, including site diaries, checklists, and inspection reports.
