Experience Required:

5 to 10 Years

Qualification:

B.E. / / Diploma// in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute daily site activities as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule. Ensure quality of construction works (concrete, steel, finishing, etc.) through inspections and tests. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for smooth progress of work. Prepare and maintain site records, daily progress reports (DPR), material consumption, and manpower details. Monitor site safety, ensure compliance with safety standards, and conduct toolbox talks. Verify and check reinforcement, formwork, shuttering, and finishing works before approvals. Liaise with consultants, architects, and clients for inspections and approvals. Manage procurement and usage of construction materials at site. Ensure timely completion of project milestones within budget.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of

civil engineering construction practices

. Ability to read and interpret

construction drawings & structural designs

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Office, and site measurement techniques

. Knowledge of

IS codes and quality control standards

. Leadership skills to handle site teams and contractors. Problem-solving and decision-making ability at the site.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
