We are looking for energetic and motivated Civil Engineering freshers to join our team as Site Engineers. This is a great opportunity to start your career in the Architecture & Construction industry by gaining hands-on experience on residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Senior Architects in planning and executing site activities. Supervise construction work to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation. Assist with quantity estimation, bill preparation, and material management. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers for smooth project execution. Ensure all work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Support the project team with measurements, layout, and setting out works. Report any issues or discrepancies promptly to the project manager or site supervisor. Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with site safety norms.

Key Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of civil engineering concepts and site execution. Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word). Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to site requirements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
