Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and monitor all civil engineering activities at the site as per project specifications and drawings. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met. Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with structural and safety standards. Conduct site inspections, surveys, and quality checks to ensure workmanship and materials meet required standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation such as daily reports, progress reports, material records, and measurement sheets. Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications; resolve any discrepancies or design issues. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental policies. Assist in estimating quantities, preparing BOQs, and tracking resource requirements. Liaise with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams as needed. Report progress, delays, and site issues to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 0-2 years of experience in site execution and construction (residential/commercial/infrastructure projects preferred). Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, materials, and construction methodologies. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings. Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
