Job Summary

:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Site Engineer with experience in Interior Design

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects on-site, coordinate with stakeholders, manage site resources, and ensure work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

:

Supervise day-to-day interior site activities to ensure smooth and timely execution. Interpret interior design drawings, plans, and specifications, and ensure work aligns with approved layouts. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors for materials and on-site execution. Monitor and control project progress, quality, and costs. Ensure adherence to safety standards and site protocols. Manage site teams, including subcontractors and labor. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and report updates to the project manager. Attend site meetings, client briefings, and coordination meetings. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials on-site. Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure high workmanship standards. Identify and resolve technical issues or site-related challenges.

Key Skills & Requirements

:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in interior site execution or fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing for interiors. Excellent project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites if required.

Preferred

:

Experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior projects. Familiarity with sustainable materials and green interior practices.
