Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Civil Site Engineer

to oversee construction activities, ensure quality and safety standards, and coordinate with on-site teams and contractors. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering practices and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely project execution Ensure work is done as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to project manager Maintain proper documentation of site inspections, materials, and labor Manage materials and resources efficiently to avoid delays and wastage Conduct quality checks and ensure rectification of defects Liaise with clients/architects/engineers for site-related clarifications

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and materials Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings Good communication and leadership skills
