Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute all on-site civil construction activities. Ensure work progress as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants. Monitor and maintain quality control and safety standards. Maintain daily progress reports, labor reports, and material records. Interpret construction drawings and provide technical input when needed. Conduct site measurements and prepare quantity estimations. Report deviations from the plan to Project Manager or Senior Engineer. Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS) and material reconciliation.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

2+ years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, warehouses or infrastructure projects . FRESHERS ARE ALSO WELCOMED

Software Skills (preferred):

AutoCAD, MS office(optional).

Language:

Proficiency in English and local language for communication at site.

License:

Valid two-wheeler license (preferred for site mobility).

Key Skills Required

Strong understanding of civil construction techniques and materials. Knowledge of RCC, steel, formwork, Pre-Engineered buildings and finishing works. Ability to manage teams and labor efficiently.
