Technical advice: Provide technical advice and guidance to the construction team, subcontractors, and craftspeople Quality control: Ensure that the work and materials used meet specifications and industry standards Project management: Manage the project, including monitoring progress, reviewing schedules, and reporting issues Communication: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other professionals to keep them informed and resolve issues Compliance: Ensure that the project complies with health and safety regulations, local construction laws, and sustainability policies Cost estimation: Develop cost estimates for materials and labor Site documentation: Prepare site reports, surveys, and other documentation Site inspections: Conduct preliminary site inspections to determine essential tasks Technical support: Provide technical support when issues arise during construction
