Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site execution and ensure construction activities are completed as per the project plan. Manage labor, materials, and subcontractors on-site efficiently. Ensure structural integrity, safety, and quality standards are maintained. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports. Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions during execution. Ensure compliance with government regulations, site safety norms, and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in residential/commercial construction. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
