Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to oversee the design, development, and construction of infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development: Design and develop infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

2. Project Management: Manage construction projects from conception to completion, overseeing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

3. Site Supervision: Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project deliverables are met.

5. Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality control processes, conducting testing and inspections to guarantee project quality.

6. Client Liaison: Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Civil Engineering: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

2. 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in civil engineering, project management, and site supervision.

3. Professional Certification: Professional certification, such as PE or CE, is preferred.

4. Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in civil engineering software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.

5. Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
