Role & responsibilities

Understanding the construction plan of the project.
Determining the time constraints to complete the job.
Identifying the raw material and manpower required.
Supervising along with the contractor the construction site.
Managing daily activities on the site.
Ensuring the labor contractors are following the blueprints both in design & in time
Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the specifications.
Preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance
Working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and other team members.
Providing recommendations on improving efficiency and reducing costs. Estimate the costs of materials and labor and using resources carefully.

Site engineers should pay attention to detail and take stock of even the most minute things.
Negotiating with the Contractors and vendors for the best price.
Coming up with technical solutions for problems that are causing a delay in the projects.
Maintaining the documentation of the construction projects.
Filing documents to the local jurisdiction as and when required.
Presenting the reports to the Project Leaders and Executives.
Working alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines.
Adhering to all the environmental and safety standards.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?31,895.77 per month
