Job Description

Complete all tasks set by the Supervisor, within the timeframe laid out for the same, in an accurate & efficient manner, which shall be measured on the basis of evaluation done by the Supervisor. Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships, measured on the basis of any complaints received by the supervisors regarding interpersonal disputes / issues at site. Recording the manpower available at site and providing the Daily Progress Report to the Superior to feed in ERP, which shall be measured on the basis of timely action against wastage of ManPower resources. Ensuring work executed with Good Quality (measured on the basis of negative client feedback / observations and / or the need to re-do the work undertaken by the individual) and Safely (measured on the basis of any incidents reported for harm / injury to existing staff / sub-contractors at site and / or any damage to equipment on account of incorrect work done). Basic resource planning and Quantity Take off (materials required for subsequent day's execution) to be done on a daily basis in order to mobilise materials required. Execute the work according to the Schedule / Client requirements and manage the time, which shall be measured based on the work executed within the stipulated time frame. Training and Supervising the Trainee engineers and junior engineers about the operations standards of the company, Which shall be measured based on the performance / outturn from the Trainee & Assistant. Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement, measured based on the number of times, suggestions have been made by the employee, irrespective of whether the suggestion could be implemented or not and whether or not it was accurate. Execute the works as per the Standard and Obtain necessary report / checklist on Executions, which shall be measured on the basis of negative client feedback / observations and / or the need to re-do the work undertaken by the individual. Managing and solving labor allocation issues and Project Execution problems at site and ensuring smooth work progress, which shall be measured on the basis of less dispute among the labours at site. Ensuring all safety protocols are followed at the site, which shall be measured on the basis of any incident reported for harm / injury to existing staff / sub-contractors at site and / or any damage to equipment on account of incorrect work done Issue Field Requisition Slip (FRS) with Sub Contractor / Labour name, also mention whether it is returnable or not, to take material from the Store. Monitoring the unused Materials at site needs to be returned back to Inventory by end of the day. Daily Progress Report / Daily Labour Report needs to be updated in ERP, which shall be measured by utilizing the Manpower resources efficiently.
