Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day civil works (RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, etc.) Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams Monitor productivity and site progress

2. Quality Control

Check quality of materials and workmanship Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety standards, and project quality plans Conduct site inspections and rectify defects Maintain quality checklists and inspection records

3. Planning & Coordination

Prepare daily work schedules and manpower planning Coordinate with architects, consultants, and structural engineers Assist in resolving site technical issues and discrepancies in drawings Support material planning and inventory control

4. Measurement

Take site measurements Maintain measurement books and site records

5. Safety & Compliance

Ensure site safety practices and PPE usage Implement safety guidelines as per company and statutory norms Report and prevent unsafe acts and conditions

6. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain site registers (daily progress, material, labour) Prepare daily/weekly progress reports Record site instructions and variations Assist in handover documentation

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
