Site Engineer (Civil) required with 3+ yrs experience for in-house Hypermarket and Mall Construction division of a reputed organization at Thane

JD:

Supervise mall and hypermarket construction from excavation to finishing,ensuring compliance with drawings and safety standards.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teamsfor timely, quality project execution
Monitor contractor performance*, material quality, and work progress against schedule

Handle site issues, material planning, and vendor coordinationto avoid delays
Manage fit-out, finishing, and MEP works including flooring, facade, HVAC, and fire safety.
Review and certify bills, prepare progress reports, and support approvals and handover*

Salary upto Rs 70,000 per month
