Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated

Site Civil Engineer

(Junior) to join our engineering and development team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, planning, execution, and supervision of real estate development projects, ensuring they meet technical standards, deadlines, and budget requirements. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in civil engineering within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

? Assist in preparing structural and civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for new projects
? Support site assessments, surveys, and feasibility studies
? Collaborate with architects, senior engineers, contractors, and consultants on project execution
? Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design standards and safety regulations
? Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and cost estimates
? Help review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and contracts
? Coordinate with local authorities for permits, approvals, and compliance requirements
? Provide technical support during construction phases and help resolve on-site issues
? Stay updated on industry best practices, materials, and sustainability standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 5-8 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction processes Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, etc.) Good understanding of local building codes and regulations Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks under supervision Eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate development industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
