The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing on-site construction activities to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and as per design specifications and timelines. This role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and on-site problem-solving ability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other engineering teams.
Monitor material usage, quality, and progress of work.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and maintain documentation.
Identify and resolve any technical issues on-site.
Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in
Civil Engineering
(mandatory).
Minimum
1 year of experience
in construction site supervision or project execution.
Sound knowledge of civil engineering drawings, BOQ, and construction materials.
Proficiency in MS Excel / AutoCAD (added advantage).
