Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and local construction practices
Ability to read drawings and BOQs
Good coordination and problem-solving skills
Quantity Surveyor - Experienced

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project cost control, billing, estimation, and contract administration for civil construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs, estimates, and cost budgets
Measure quantities from drawings and site measurements
Prepare RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills
Monitor project cost, variations, and claims
Coordinate with site engineers for measurements
Verify contractor bills and maintain billing records
Assist in tendering, rate analysis, and negotiations
Maintain project-wise cost and billing reports
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
Strong knowledge of BOQ, DSR, IS codes, and rate analysis
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and billing software
Good analytical and documentation skills
Accountant - Experienced (Construction Industry)
