Responsible for execution and "finishing" of assigned activities.
To carry out checking of alignment, levels and dimensions.
Document control with respect to project drawings.
Study drawings and communicate with contractors for smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for work execution as per project plan and schedule.
Report all issues to line manager immediately. Maintain material receipts/issues, replacement of defective or damaged items, reconciliation and return of unused materials.
Study drawings and revisions and communicate with vendors for smooth execution.
Verify and certify contractor bills for quantities and manpower.
Regular communication with all internal teams; issue and receive updates from all sub-contractors, vendors, etc.
Daily reporting to line manager with planning for next day's activities.
Execution as per quality procedures and checklist, involvement in making samples, finishing activities as per defined standards and specifications.
Maintain project documentation including drawings, work orders, amendments, progress reports, site meeting reports, and other communications.
Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to align project goals.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
1 - 3 years of experience in civil construction.
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering and Construction Management.
