- Site Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a civil engineering background and strong knowledge of construction site activities.

Responsibilities:

Visit the site daily and monitor work quality and progress.

Check and verify material quality and material quantity.

Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers.

Maintain good communication and relationship with clients.

Prepare basic site reports and update management regularly.

Ensure construction is carried out as per drawings and specifications.

Identify issues on site and report solutions immediately.

Maintain safety standards and work discipline at the site.

Find new clients and support business development in their area.

Assist in measurements, material planning, and labour management.

Requirements:

Civil Engineering qualification (Diploma or Degree).

Two-wheeler is mandatory.

Valid driving licence.

Good knowledge of construction methods and quality checking.

Ability to handle multiple sites and travel daily.

Good communication skills and client-friendly behaviour.

Basic knowledge of MS Office or WhatsApp reporting.

Salary: Based on experience and allowances.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
