We are seeking a dedicated

Site Engineer

to oversee daily operations on our construction projects. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring that work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Uniquely, you will also be responsible for

Store & Inventory Management

, ensuring that all materials are accounted for and available when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities to ensure they align with technical drawings and project specifications. Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety. Oversee the site store. This includes receiving deliveries, checking material quality, maintaining accurate stock records, and preventing wastage. Act as the link between the management team, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure clear communication. Prepare daily progress reports and material consumption summaries for the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Previous experience of at least 2 years+ in site supervision and a solid understanding of construction materials. Proficiency in reading blueprints and basic knowledge of inventory management/stock tracking. Strong organizational skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
