Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Project Oversight:

Manage all on-site construction activities, including planning, execution, and completion of structures like buildings, roads, or bridges.

Design & Planning:

Review technical drawings, conduct site surveys, analyze data (maps, soil tests), and create project blueprints.

Quality Control:

Ensure all work adheres to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards through regular inspections and testing.

Safety Management:

Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE) on-site, identifying and mitigating hazards.

Resource & Budget Management:

Manage labor, materials, and equipment, track costs, and ensure projects stay within budget and schedule.

Team Coordination:

Liaise with architects, contractors, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders, supervising workers and subcontractors.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare progress reports, site logs, cost analyses, and maintain accurate site records.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and delays quickly to keep the project on track.
