On-Site Supervision & Execution:
Overseeing daily operations, including excavation, concrete work, and rebar fixing.
Directing labor, materials, and equipment.
Ensuring work aligns with designs and quality standards.
Quality & Safety Assurance:
Conducting site inspections and testing materials.
Enforcing safety regulations and environmental compliance.
Identifying risks and implementing preventative measures.
Communication & Reporting:
Serving as the main contact between the team, clients, and architects.
Preparing progress reports and documenting issues.
Resolving on-site problems and delays quickly
