Oversee day to day operations of construction Site.
To understand the technical requirements of the work on site and be able to explain the same to junior team members on site.
Communicate with a range of people including subcontractors, suppliers, dealers & Client.
Ability to manage multiple projects if required and ensure accuracy and verify all aspects of work scope, pricing, design & change orders for assigned projects.
Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
Analyzing drawings, to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
