Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated
Site Engineer (Civil)
to oversee day-to-day civil activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining quality and safety standards while ensuring timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil activities at the project site.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
Monitor and manage site labor, subcontractors, and material usage.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
Coordinate with design and project management teams for smooth execution.
Maintain strict quality control and implement safety measures on-site.
Ensure compliance with site-specific regulatory and environmental norms.
Support billing, documentation, and client coordination related to civil works.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
2-3 years of relevant experience in civil site execution, preferably in water treatment or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, drawings, and material specifications.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as per work requirements.
