Job Description

1. Project Planning and Management:

Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Managing resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.

Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

2. Site Supervision and Quality Control:

Overseeing construction activities on-site, conducting site investigations and assessments, ensuring that construction work meets quality standards and specifications, and Implementing quality control procedures.

3. Safety Management:

Developing and implementing safety procedures and protocols.

Ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

Complying with health and safety regulations.

4. Design and Documentation:

Developing detailed designs for projects.

Preparing construction specifications, drawings, and other technical documents.

Conducting feasibility studies and technical assessments.

5. Cost Estimation and Budget Control:

Estimating project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Managing project budgets and controlling costs.

6. Project Head Communication and Coordination:

Liaising with clients, architects, contractors, and other Project Head.

Communicating project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.

7. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensuring projects comply with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

Obtaining necessary permits and approvals.

8. Environmental Impact and Sustainability:

Assessing the environmental impact of projects and Implementing sustainable design and construction practices.

9. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

Identifying and resolving design and construction problems.

Making informed decisions based on technical analysis and site conditions.

10. Continuous Improvement:

Seeking opportunities to improve project processes and outcomes.

Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
