Job Title: Site Engineer

Report To: Founder

Illustrative Responsibilities:

Project Execution:

Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring all work aligns with design specifications, industry standards, and project requirements. Monitor and report project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met consistently.
Technical Oversight:

Interpret and provide guidance on construction drawings and technical specifications, ensuring correct implementation by the workforce. Offer technical support to contractors and site personnel for accurate execution of tasks. Perform quality checks on materials and workmanship to ensure they meet established quality standards.

Resource Management:

Efficiently manage materials, machinery, and labour, optimizing resource allocation to prevent project delays. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of necessary resources on-site.

Health & Safety:

Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and actively enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct risk assessments regularly and implement corrective measures to minimize hazards.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain up-to-date records of site activities, material usage, labour, and equipment to support accurate reporting. Prepare and review comprehensive project reports, including progress, schedules, and any issues requiring attention.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, with relevant exposure to construction site management and real estate projects. In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, etc. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and blueprints.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
