Job Description

:

Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Interpret architectural and structural drawings, prepare site layouts, and ensure accurate measurements. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution. Monitor daily progress, manpower allocation, material usage, and site logistics. Conduct quality checks on concrete, steel, shuttering, masonry, finishing, and other civil works. Ensure all activities comply with safety protocols, building codes, local regulations, and engineering best practices. Prepare daily site reports, measurements (MB), and update project status to the Project Manager. Assist in estimating, BOQ preparation, material planning, and site documentation. Identify technical issues on-site and provide timely solutions to avoid project delays.

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Freshers with practical knowledge or internship experience may also apply. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic understanding of structural & architectural drawings. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and on-site quality control. Good communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to coordinate with multiple teams. Ability to work independently on-site and manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
