We are expanding our on-site team and invite applications from detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineers.

As a Site Engineer at Vastucraft, you will play a pivotal role in translating project drawings and designs into reality on-site. You will coordinate construction activities, supervise site execution, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and facilitate smooth communication among design, engineering, and contractor teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical, organizational, and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to site management.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution:

Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and BOQs for on-site implementation. Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and workforce for efficient workflow. Coordinate material procurement, receive deliveries, and maintain inventory.

Quality, Safety & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety protocols, and local regulations. Conduct site inspections for quality assurance and resolve on-site technical issues. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation records.

Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with project managers, architects, MEP engineers, vendors, and clients. Facilitate communication between office and site teams for smooth execution. Address site-level challenges proactively and escalate issues when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

1-3 years

of site experience in architectural, civil, or construction projects. Prior experience in residential/commercial project execution preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction project management tools. Understanding of construction techniques, structural drawings, and detailing. Knowledge of quality standards, building codes, and safety norms.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Good written and verbal communication skills. Adaptable team player with time management skills.
