Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

*Supervising and coordinating construction workers and subcontractors: Ensuring they have the necessary resources and are working effectively.

*Ensuring work is completed according to plans and specifications: Monitoring quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.

*Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and procedures: Prioritizing safety on the construction site and ensuring all personnel follow safety protocols.

*Managing materials and equipment: Ensuring the availability and proper use of materials and equipment on site.

*Maintaining communication with project managers and clients: Providing updates on progress, addressing issues, and ensuring smooth project execution.

*Documenting progress and preparing reports: Maintaining accurate records of work completed and reporting on project progress.

*Problem-solving and troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise on site.

*Training and development of staff: Assisting with the training of new employees and ensuring they are competent in their roles.

*Adhering to budgets and timelines: Ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.

*Performing inspections and audits: Conducting regular inspections of work and ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,289.22 - ₹25,578.55 per month
