Role Overview

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution

Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure timely project execution. Prepare work schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors. Ensure adherence to project plans, drawings, and specifications.

2. Site Supervision & Quality Control

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship. Check materials, verify measurements, and maintain quality standards. Resolve technical issues and ensure proper implementation of engineering practices.

3. Vendor & Contractor Coordination

Liaise with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams. Certify contractor bills, monitor labor productivity, and track material usage.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily site reports, measurement books, and work progress documentation. Prepare BOQs, quantity estimates, and assist in cost control. Ensure proper record of drawings, changes, and approvals.

5. Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with safety norms and regulatory standards. Monitor site safety practices and assist in audits and inspections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred but not mandatory). 6+ years of experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or related projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle site challenges independently. Attention to detail and commitment to quality and timelines.

Pay: ?1,027,600.34 - ?2,039,767.59 per year
