Job Description

Land Surveying & Layouts - Ability to work with survey data, contouring, plotting divisions, and AutoCAD site plans.

Infrastructure Development - Roads, drainage, water supply, sewage, streetlights, and utility planning.

Regulatory Knowledge - Familiarity with local development authority norms, zoning laws, RERA, and approvals.

Cost Estimation & BOQ Preparation - Material planning, vendor coordination, and budget management.

Project Management - Supervising contractors, ensuring timelines, quality checks, and site safety.

Software Proficiency - AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project / Primavera (added advantage).

Problem Solving & Site Execution - Handling on-ground issues with practical solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

Day Shift (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

75% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
