What You'll Do:

Design initial layouts & concepts (Sketch/CAD) for retail and corporate spaces Supervise end-to-end execution of interior projects, fit-outs & renovations Coordinate with vendors, contractors & cross-functional teams for timely delivery Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety & progress tracking Maintain reports, measurements, BOQs, and cost control Collaborate with Facility & Admin teams to streamline execution

What You Bring:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design 2-4 years' experience in commercial interiors or renovation projects Skilled in

AutoCAD

,

SketchUp

, and

MS Office

Strong site supervision skills & knowledge of construction methods/materials Effective communicator with excellent coordination & time management
