We are a reputed road construction company involved in executing government projects. We are looking for a

dedicated and experienced Site Engineer

to join our team and oversee road construction works under government tenders.

The ideal candidate should be

enthusiastic, organized, fluent in both English and Hindi

, and capable of managing site operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities as per project specifications and timelines. Maintain accurate records of measurements and prepare

Measurement Books (MBs)

. Generate

bills, reports, and official letters

to be submitted to government departments. Ensure all work aligns with government tender requirements and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and government officials as needed. Monitor progress and resolve site-related issues promptly. Maintain all project documentation and ensure timely submission of required reports.

Requirements:

Minimum

10

years of experience

in road construction projects, especially under

government tenders

. Strong knowledge of

Measurement Book preparation

, billing procedures, and government correspondence. Proficient in

English and Hindi

- both verbal and written. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (BE). Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other site management tools is a plus. Willingness to work on-site and manage field operations effectively.
