Job Summary

We are looking for a

Civil Engineer

with hands-on experience in

construction / real estate

projects to manage site execution, coordinate with contractors, ensure quality standards, and support timely completion of projects. The candidate should be proactive, technically sound, and capable of handling on-site responsibilities independently.

Educational Qualification

B. E / B. Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Required

Minimum

2+ years

of relevant experience in: Building construction Real estate projects (Residential / Commercial)

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and workmanship Ensure material quality, quantity, and timely availability at site Prepare and verify measurement sheets, BOQs, and billing Track project progress and support timely completion of work Resolve site-level technical issues and execution challenges Maintain site records, reports, drawings, and documentation Ensure compliance with local authorities, safety norms, and company standards Assist senior engineers/project managers in planning and execution

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and construction practices. Ability to read and interpret architectural & structural drawings. Basic understanding of BOQ, billing, and estimation. Familiarity with construction materials and quality standards.

Software Skills

AutoCAD (Basic to Intermediate) MS Office (Excel, Word)

Behavioral & Soft Skills

Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently at site. Problem-solving mindset. Time management and task prioritization. Attention to detail and quality consciousness.

Preferred / Additional Skills (Added Value)

Experience in Pune real estate projects. Exposure to commercial building construction. Knowledge of site safety practices. Ability to handle multiple contractors simultaneously. Willingness to travel between project sites.
