Job Description

We are looking to appoint a qualified Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities for our development projects in the Thane region. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring timely execution of work in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

1.Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site

2.Ensure work execution is in line with approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs

3.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams

4.Monitor project progress and submit regular status reports to senior management

5.Ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations

6.Verify material quality, quantities, and workmanship at site

7.Address and resolve technical issues arising during execution

8.Maintain accurate site records, measurements, and documentation

9.Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Eligibility Criteria

1.Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

2.Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in building construction projects

3.Sound knowledge of construction practices, quality standards, and safety procedures

4.Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications

5.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

6.Willingness to be based at project sites in the Thane region

Preferred Experience

1.Prior experience with real estate developers or construction companies

2.Familiarity with local authority norms and approval processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
