Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E). 1.5 to 4 years of hands-on experience in civil site supervision for residential, commercial, or institutional projects. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and quality control processes. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings. Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools is preferred. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with safety standards and regulations at construction sites.
We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to oversee and manage on-site construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, specifications, and standards. Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to check quality, progress, and adherence to safety protocols. Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, and documentation for project records. Participate in site meetings and provide updates .

Experience in building construction works

, preferably with exposure to PMC roles, consulting firms, or working with reputable developers/contractors.

Salary Range:

?18,000 - ?22,000 per month
