Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to ensure work is carried out correctly.
Provide technical advice to construction workers and subcontractors as needed.
Assist with site surveys, measurements, and other technical activities.
Coordination and Communication
:
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on site progress.
Prepare daily reports and assist with project documentation.
Problem Solving
:
Identify and resolve minor technical issues that arise on-site.
Assist in resolving any construction-related disputes or conflicts in coordination with senior engineers and project managers.
Material and Equipment Management
:
Assist in managing the supply and delivery of materials and ensure they are used effectively.
Oversee the proper usage and maintenance of site equipment and tools.
Requirements

Educational Qualification
:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience
:
0-1 year of experience in a construction or engineering role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills
:
Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
