Civil Engineer with 4 Years Experience

A Civil Engineer position requires a BE Civil graduate with hands-on experience in RCC structures, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), QA/QC, safety protocols, billing, and stakeholder coordination. Priority goes to candidates skilled in BIM and Revit tools. The role demands full proficiency in AutoCAD and solid understanding of municipal regulations, architectural layouts, MEP systems, and RCC detailing, including post-tensioned (PT) beams.?

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and verify BBS for reinforcement steel, execute RCC works, and handle PT beam detailing per project specifications.? Conduct QA/QC inspections, material testing, safety audits, and ensure compliance with IS codes and municipal approvals.? Manage billing, quantity takeoffs, progress reporting, and coordinate with architects, MEP teams, structural engineers, contractors, and clients.?
Required Qualifications

BE in Civil Engineering with minimum 4 years of site execution experience in residential/commercial projects. Complete AutoCAD expertise for drawing production and review is essential.?

Preferred Skills

Proficiency in BIM (Revit, Navisworks) for 3D modeling, clash detection, and quantity extraction--top priority for selection.? Knowledge of MEP coordination, architectural integration, and PT systems in beams/slabs.? Familiarity with stakeholder coordination for timely project delivery and regulatory compliance.?
