Job description

Employee will be required to oversee the project sites and supervise the team including ordering materials, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new team members.

Job Responsibilities:

? Supervising and instructing the project team as well as subcontractors.

? Inspecting project sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential risks.

? Educating site workers on safety regulations and accident protocol.

? Maintaining an accurate record of site employees attendance.

? Evaluating the performance of site employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.

? Analyzing blueprints to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.

? Recommending changes to project operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

? Material and machine management on site
