Designation - Site Engineer - Projects

Desired Experience - more than 6 years.

Location - GHANA ( West Africa) / Ch . Sambhajinagar / Pune / Mumbai

Industrial Project 1-2 yrs duration.

Key Skills:

Project Management, Quantity Estimation and Costing, Contracts, Site Execution, Quality Control, Billing, Purchase, Maintenance. Site Administration and Coordination between site staff, sub-contractors, plants and head office. Construction Planning, Quantity surveying and costing, Rate analysis, inspections for quality control, Billing. Preparing contractor payment schedules and crosschecking of bills. Preparing material variance report for project control. AutoCAD as well as MS office & MS Projects. Active involvement in contracts, preparing comparative statements, negotiations, contract finalization, preparing Service Work Orders. MIS Documentation, Team Building, cross- Functional Co-ordination, WBS scheduling, tracking, Drawing/Plans. Vender Development and Finalization, RFQ/ Proposals, Negotiations, Purchases, Contracts, WO/Pos. Organizing Project review Meeting and maintaining the project records. Monitoring ensuring of progress and performance against the project plan. Identification, short listing and finalizing agencies/ subcontractors. Making various budgets/ estimates/ fund-flow for management
Coordination between Architects, RCC / PEB Consultants, Services and other consultants.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
