Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure timely execution as per drawings and specifications Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure clarity and alignment on design and execution Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and safety compliance Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation Assist in quantity take-offs, BOQs, and material planning Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure timely resolution in coordination with the design and project management teams Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management 3-6 years of relevant experience Good understanding of construction drawings, materials, and execution methods Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic reading), and project reporting tools Ability to handle multiple sites or phases, and coordinate with various stakeholders
