Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage

building preparation work

from start to finish. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and labour teams. Ensure all construction activities follow

safety standards

and

engineering guidelines

. Monitor site progress, check material quality, and maintain daily site reports. Handle layout marking, measurements, and structural execution as per drawings. Identify and resolve on-site issues to avoid delays. Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain quality of work.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in

Civil Engineering

. Knowledge of construction processes, building materials, and site execution. Ability to read and interpret drawings and structural plans. Strong communication and supervision skills. Honest, responsible, and capable of handling site independently.

Salary:

Based on experience and skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
