About the Role:

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to supervise and execute construction activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in site supervision, and a keen eye for quality and safety. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of our real estate or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Execution

Supervise all on-site civil construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to timelines. Ensure quality control at every stage of construction -- from excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting to finishing.
2. Planning & Coordination

Plan daily and weekly work schedules in coordination with the project manager. Maintain coordination between architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and vendors. Track project progress and highlight delays or deviations proactively.
3. Measurement & Documentation

Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and maintain site records such as measurement books, work permits, and material receipts. Verify quantities of work executed for billing and contractor payments. Ensure proper documentation of technical drawings, material testing reports, and site approvals.
4. Quality Assurance & Safety

Conduct inspections to ensure construction materials and workmanship meet required standards. Monitor adherence to safety protocols and ensure workers comply with PPE and site safety norms. Report non-conformance issues and assist in corrective actions.
5. Material Management

Ensure timely requisition of materials and verify their quality upon delivery. Coordinate with the purchase and store departments for inventory control.
6. Compliance & Liaison

Ensure work adheres to statutory and environmental regulations. Coordinate with local authorities or consultants for inspections and approvals when required.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience:

2-7 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and basic quantity estimation. Good understanding of structural drawings and finishing details. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and handle site challenges independently.

Pay: ₹11,191.08 - ₹41,936.40 per month
