Job Description

Strategic:

Overall Planning and Execution of work from receipt of BOQ to Site completion delivering Quality on Time and Within Budget.

To turn clients decisions in our favor & making profitable projects.

To Maintain the Quality of work at execution sites

.

Implementation:

To delegate responsibility of work to engineers for proper functioning of site with specified timelines.

Finalizing Subcontractors of all works according to BOQ & pre-approved rates without the support of management.

Cross Checking Bills prepared by Engineers before sending for final submission.

To prepare and get approval of extra items from clients.

To ensure proper Quality control and reducing material wastage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,181.63 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
