Planning and Organizing:

Site engineers plan and organize construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation.

Technical Expertise:

They provide technical advice and guidance to subcontractors and construction teams, interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Progress Monitoring:

They monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Documentation:

They maintain detailed records of construction activities, including progress reports, site logs, and as-built drawings.

Budget Management:

They assist in managing project budgets, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively.

Quality Control:

They oversee quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets required standards and specifications.
Safety and Compliance:

Safety Management:

Site engineers are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on the construction site, implementing safety protocols and procedures.

Regulatory Compliance:

They ensure that construction activities comply with all relevant regulations and standards.

Risk Assessment:

They identify and assess potential risks on the construction site and implement measures to mitigate those risks.
Collaboration and Communication:

Stakeholder Management:

They liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress and address any issues that may arise.

Team Leadership:

They supervise and motivate the construction team, ensuring that all members are working effectively and efficiently.

Problem Solving:

They identify and resolve technical and logistical problems that arise during construction.

Pay: ₹11,089.84 - ₹41,594.35 per month
